The HD - 8000 supersonic flame spraying equipment is a novel type of High-Velocity Oxygen-Fuel (HVOF) system. It employs aviation-grade kerosene as fuel and currently stands as one of the most sought-after kerosene-fueled equipment worldwide. The fundamental principle of the HD - 8000 is that kerosene is fully atomized via the atomizing nozzle to form a combustible mixture. Subsequently, this mixture enters the combustion chamber. The ignition system ignites it, and through the Laval nozzle, a high-temperature and high-pressure supersonic flame flow is generated. The powder feeding system conveys the powder material from the low-pressure area into the flame flow. After being heated and accelerated, it is sprayed onto the workpiece surface to form a high-quality coating.

4. In system design, the temperature range is set within a specific interval. The main objective of structural optimization is to boost the speed. Depending on the type of powder sprayed, the oxygen flow rate (48-60 m³/h) and fuel flow (13-15 l/h) can be precisely adjusted on the console to obtain a slender and long cylindrical supersonic flame with 5-12 Mach sections.
Shutdown operation:
Adjust the oxygen and kerosene so that their flow rate drops, let the combustion chamber pressure drop below 4 kg, and then click to stop the operation, this is the best way to shut down.
Rapid shutdown, press directly to stop running, the system will automatically reduce the oxygen flow and fuel flow until the spray gun is turned off.
Emergency shutdown, directly press the emergency stop (total stop) button, it is generally not recommended to shut down in this way.
