The thermal spraying soundproof room is designed to meet the key requirements of noise control and environmental compliance in thermal spraying operation, ensure spraying efficiency and avoid noise pollution, integrate advanced acoustic design principles and solid structure engineering, and provide guarantee for human health in thermal spraying process.
The soundproof room is constructed of modular prefabricated boards, and the composite wall structure includes thick white color coated steel plate outer layer, damping layer, asbestos board, high-density soundproof cotton, waterproof and dustproof soundproof membrane and metal perforated sound-absorbing inner layer. Through the test of key acoustic laboratory, it is ensured that the noise level at 1m away from the external wall is lower than 85dB (A), which fully meets the requirements of Hygienic Standards for Noise in Industrial Enterprises in China.
The observation window is made of super soundproof tempered glass, with sound insulation performance equivalent to that of the wall, and provides clear vision for the operator. The ventilation system balances the indoor negative pressure through the intake and exhaust muffler, and the diffusion muffler is integrated to reduce the airflow noise transmission. The ventilation system is calibrated for 120 – 180 air changes per hour to ensure effective dust removal and heat dissipation while maintaining acoustic performance.
All soundproof room sizes can be customized with optional functions including integrated dust removal system, explosion-proof lighting and PLC control automation interface, which can be seamlessly integrated with thermal spraying equipment such as HVAF supersonic flame spraying system.
Lijia acoustical rooms comply with international standards for industrial noise control and are ideal for dual demand scenarios for noise abatement and process optimization. Its modular design facilitates ease of installation, relocation and expansion, making it an economical choice for large production facilities and research laboratories, while setting industry benchmarks for safety, efficiency and environmental accountability for thermal spraying operations.
