Centralized Control System

As the nerve center of automatic thermal spraying system of  Lijia , the centralized control cabinet integrates advanced industrial automation technology to realize the linkage of multiple equipment in the high-temperature coating process. The centralized control cabinet adopts 1.5mm thick galvanized steel plate cabinet body, with protection grade of IP54. DIN guide rail installation layout is adopted inside, and high-end components such as Mitsubishi PLC controller, Siemens man-machine interface and Schneider electrical components are equipped. The system supports automatic switching of dual redundant power supplies to ensure uninterrupted operation under critical mission scenarios. Inch capacitive touch screen provides intuitive parameter adjustment, real-time process visualization and recipe management functions, and can store 100 groups of preprogrammed spraying process schemes.
Key innovations include closed-loop PID control for gas flow and pulverized coal feeding rate to achieve pressure regulation accuracy and pulverized coal feeding consistency. The industrial PLC in the cabinet supports seamless integration with the third-party robot and Internet of Things platform through protocol communication to realize remote diagnosis and predictive maintenance.
