Linear Vertical Multi-Station Rotary Table Successfully Delivered

Recently, Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spraying Machinery Co., Ltd. has finished assembly, commissioning and factory acceptance of a linear vertical multi-station rotary table. The equipment has been officially delivered to the customer for thermal spraying processing of various components. This custom non-standard machine adopts a straight-line vertical layout with a compact and streamlined design, tailor-made for mass spraying of small workpieces.

The customer provides thermal spraying services for wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings on precision machinery parts, valve fittings and small hardware components. Their original spraying jig only had limited stations with a single processing mode. Operators had to shut down the whole machine for loading and unloading workpieces, leading to complicated procedures and low production efficiency, which could no longer meet the rising demand of bulk orders. In response to the customer’s core demands of limited workshop space and higher mass production efficiency, our team developed this linear vertical multi-station rotary table to balance floor space occupation and production capacity.

Featuring a highly adaptable straight-line vertical arrangement, the machine boasts a neat frame and small footprint for flexible workshop layout. Multiple independent rotating stations are evenly arranged in a line without mutual interference. Operators can load and unload workpieces alternately to carry out non-stop continuous spraying, completely eliminating the time waste caused by frequent machine shutdowns for part replacement. Equipped with a variable frequency drive system, the equipment operates smoothly with soft start-stop buffer. The rotating speed of all stations can be synchronously adjusted, enabling workpieces to rotate at a constant speed for full 360° coverage spraying. It effectively avoids spraying blind spots, delivers uniform and dense coatings, and improves the yield rate of finished workpieces.

The machine features user-friendly operation with one-key start/stop and stepless speed regulation, lowering the learning threshold for operators and cutting labor costs. Throughout the whole project, from initial demand communication and structural scheme design to precision machining and integrated machine joint debugging, Lijia has adhered to strict production and quality inspection standards. Multiple no-load and loaded running tests are conducted before shipment to verify key parameters including station coaxiality, operation stability and speed regulation accuracy.
