Horizontal Rotary Table Successfully Delivered

Recently, the customized multi-roller carriage horizontal rotary table manufactured by Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spraying Machinery Co., Ltd. has completed full machine assembly, load test run and factory acceptance, and been successfully delivered to the customer. It is applied for thermal spraying operations to form wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings on long rollers, long shafts and other elongated cylindrical workpieces. This non-standard customized heavy-duty horizontal spraying fixture adopts a long-base sliding structure, which perfectly meets the spraying requirements of strip-shaped cylindrical parts.

The complete set of equipment is equipped with an extended thickened steel heavy-duty base, fitted with load-bearing moving wheels at the bottom. No fixed foundation is required, enabling flexible relocation according to different spraying stations. Through-going guide rails are laid on the base, allowing two sets of roller support carriages to slide freely along the rails. The supporting span can be adjusted flexibly based on the length of workpieces. Each carriage is installed with double pressure-bearing rollers to disperse the self-weight of the workpiece at multiple points, effectively preventing deflection and deformation of long shafts. The carriage is equipped with a hand-cranked lifting mechanism to quickly adjust the support height for rollers and shafts with different outer diameters.

An active drive head is mounted on one end of the equipment, adopting an enclosed variable-frequency drive structure that blocks spraying dust from invading transmission components and extends service life. The driving end drives the workpiece to rotate steplessly at a constant speed with stable operation and low vibration. It realizes 360° all-round spraying for elongated parts, eliminates dead spraying zones, produces uniform and dense coatings, and improves the yield rate of sprayed products. Featuring high overall structural rigidity and outstanding load capacity, the rotary table is compatible with multiple thermal spraying processes including plasma spraying, HVOF (High-Velocity Oxy-Fuel Spraying) and electric arc spraying.

The whole project strictly follows the standardized customized delivery process. In the early stage, we confirmed the customer’s workpiece parameters, formulated equipment layout and issued a dedicated technical proposal. During production, we implemented strict quality control over welding, machining, assembly and all other working procedures. Before factory delivery, long-duration full-load trial runs were carried out to verify core indicators one by one, including load capacity, rotational coaxiality and speed regulation stability.
