Delivery of Linear Vertical Multi-Station Spraying Rotary Table

Recently, Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spraying Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully delivered a custom linear vertical multi-station spraying rotary table after complete assembly, linked full-load trial runs and comprehensive factory acceptance tests.

This non-standard custom tooling is specially designed for batch thermal spraying of wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings on small shafts, discs and similar components, compatible with plasma spraying, HVOF spraying, electric arc spraying and other mainstream thermal spraying processes.

The whole unit adopts a sealed box structure welded by thickened steel plates with excellent rigidity and anti-deformation performance. All internal drive and transmission parts are fully enclosed to block spraying dust and powder intrusion, minimizing breakdowns in harsh workshop environments and extending service life. Ten independent rotating stations are arranged linearly on the top, each fitted with quick-lock clamps. Multiple workpieces can rotate synchronously at constant speed to achieve 360° full-surface spraying without dead angles, ensuring uniform and dense coating layers and higher production yield.

Equipped with anchor flange support legs, the machine can be fixed on the floor directly without special foundation. The variable-frequency stepless speed control system ensures ultra-stable low-vibration operation with adjustable rotating speed to meet diverse coating requirements. Standard aviation plug connectors on the side enable quick on-site wiring and fast commissioning.
