Recently, the turnkey project of High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) coating undertaken by Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spray Machinery Co., Ltd. for a Russian customer has successfully finished on-site installation, integrated machine joint commissioning and process validation. The full production line is officially handed over to the customer for operation.
This project is an integrated full-set thermal spraying solution, covering a coating booth, HV-8000 HVOF main system, intelligent robotic spraying system, workpiece transfer tooling, dust collection & extraction system, compressed air supply unit and all other supporting equipment. The complete production line is custom-designed in accordance with the customer’s workpiece processing requirements. Zhengzhou Lijia delivers one-stop turnkey services ranging from workshop layout design, equipment manufacturing, export packaging, overseas on-site installation to commissioning and training.
The production line adopts Lijia HV-8000 HVOF system, which enables efficient spraying of various cermet powders including tungsten carbide, chromium-based and nickel-based powders. It can produce wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings with high bonding strength and low porosity, suitable for surface strengthening and repair of workpieces in metallurgy, energy, engineering machinery and other industries. Equipped with an automatic robotic spraying unit, the system can stably control spraying paths to ensure uniform coating thickness on workpieces, greatly improving processing consistency and production efficiency. The independent enclosed spraying booth together with professional cartridge dust filter system efficiently captures spraying dust, complying with workshop safety production and environmental emission requirements. The matched workpiece transfer rail tooling facilitates loading and unloading of long and heavy workpieces to meet the customer’s diversified spraying demands.
During project implementation, Lijia’s technical team overcame various challenges of cross-border projects and carried out construction strictly in line with the pre-approved technical proposal. The team completed full-flow commissioning item by item on site, including equipment power-on, gas circuit inspection, robot teaching, spraying process trial runs, etc. Practical training covering equipment operation, routine maintenance and process parameter configuration was provided for the customer’s operators to ensure they can independently and steadily run the complete coating line.
