Successful Delivery of Thermal Spraying Booth

Recently, Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spraying Machinery Co., Ltd. has completed the production, on-site installation and full-system commissioning of a custom standalone thermal spraying booth. The equipment has passed final acceptance and been officially delivered to the client for daily surface spraying operations.

This tailor-made standalone booth is a standardized eco-friendly supporting facility developed by our company specially for thermal spraying dust control and workshop safety, helping clients upgrade their spraying production capacity effectively.

Taking the client’s workshop dimensions, types of workpieces and local environmental & work safety regulations into full consideration, our technical team designed this non-standard standalone spraying booth exclusively. The booth adopts a modular structure with section steel frames and fireproof & sound insulation panels. It features stable load-bearing capacity and excellent resistance to high-temperature deformation, capable of withstanding continuous high-temperature radiation during thermal spraying. The wall panels integrate fire resistance, sound insulation and dust prevention functions, supporting long-duration continuous spraying for various workpieces such as shafts, plates and hardware components.

The whole delivery process strictly followed our standardized procedures: on-site survey and customized layout design in the early stage, factory prefabrication of booth components and complete dust removal equipment in the mid-term, and integrated on-site assembly, air volume adjustment, safety inspection as well as operator training in the final stage. Multiple no-load and load spraying tests were conducted before delivery. All indicators including dust emission, indoor noise and negative pressure met relevant standards, and the project passed customer acceptance at one go.
