Recently, the customized horizontal thermal spraying rotary table manufactured by Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spray Machinery has completed factory commissioning and been delivered to the customer for operation.
Developed to solve the spraying challenges of long shafts and large cylindrical workpieces, this rotary table adopts a separable movable tailstock structure, specially designed for clamping long-size workpieces. The heavy-duty base frame undergoes stress relief treatment, featuring high load capacity and resistance to deformation under continuous heavy-load operation. It is fully compatible with mainstream thermal spraying processes including HVOF, HVAF and APS plasma spraying.
The equipment is equipped with a high-precision variable frequency drive system. It supports a wide adjustable speed range and runs smoothly without runout, ensuring constant rotation of workpieces throughout the spraying process. This enables uniform deposition of tungsten carbide, cermet and other coatings, improving coating density on workpiece surfaces and the stability of finished products. The tailstock slides along guide rails to quickly adapt to workpieces of different lengths, such as rolls, pipes and long transmission shafts. Simple clamping and disassembly greatly reduce workpiece changeover time.
This equipment is widely used in metallurgical roll repair, anti-corrosion protection of power equipment components, surface hardening of construction machinery shafts and other applications. At the preliminary stage, Lijia technical team developed a customized solution combining the customer’s workpiece dimensions, weight and spraying process parameters. Every step from structural design, manufacturing, assembly to factory FAT acceptance test is strictly controlled. The equipment meets the customer’s production targets while guaranteeing reliability during long-term continuous operation.
