Successful Delivery of Dual-Purpose Horizontal & Vertical Spraying Rotary Table

Recently, Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spray Machinery Co., Ltd. has finished assembly, joint commissioning and factory acceptance of the customized dual-purpose horizontal & vertical spraying rotary table. The equipment has been delivered to the customer for thermal spraying of wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings on shafts, discs and cylindrical components.

Developed as non-standard multi-functional spraying fixture, this unit supports both vertical and horizontal working modes. It meets the spraying demands of various workpieces with single equipment, helping customers reduce investment on tooling and optimize workshop layout. The frame is welded with heavy section steel, equipped with high-precision linear guides and ball screw transmission to realize stable longitudinal movement and accurate positioning. A scissor lifting structure with manual handwheel is installed to flexibly adjust the height of spraying gun for workpieces of different sizes.

The machine features high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance, compatible with HVOF, plasma spraying, electric arc spraying and other mainstream thermal spraying technologies, and can operate stably under dusty workshop conditions. The drive unit of the spraying head adopts enclosed protection to prevent dust erosion and cut maintenance work. Cable drag chains neatly arrange pipelines to avoid abrasion and extend service life. Vertical mode fits mass processing of discs and small shafts, while horizontal mode is suitable for long shafts and rollers. Flexible mode switching ensures uniform and dense coatings for diverse production orders.
