Recently, a complete set of kerosene HVOF thermal spraying equipment manufactured by Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spraying Machinery Co., Ltd. has been fully loaded and shipped to the customer site in Russia. The shipment consists of core spraying equipment and complete peripheral auxiliary units, loaded onto eight trucks in separate batches. This delivery marks another recognition of Lijia’s high-end thermal spraying equipment by clients in the Russian market.
The delivered HVOF system is configured according to the customer’s working conditions. It includes the main HVOF unit, powder feeding system, cooling system, control system, spraying tooling and complete pipeline accessories. The system can spray tungsten carbide, metal alloys and other powder materials to form dense wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings, suitable for surface strengthening of metallurgical rolls and engineering machinery components.
Our project team followed standardized export procedures throughout the whole process, including solution communication, equipment design & production, integrated commissioning, disassembly, vacuum anti-rust packaging and container loading. Long-duration combined test runs were conducted before delivery to verify key parameters such as flame stability, powder feeding accuracy and temperature control performance. All equipment is packed with professional anti-rust protection and reinforced packaging to guarantee intact transportation via sea and land.
