Recently, the custom single-station vertical rotary table developed by Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spray Machinery Co., Ltd. has been finished and delivered successfully. It is compatible with HVOF, APS plasma spraying and other thermal spraying systems, providing a reliable rotating station for coating preparation of rotary workpieces.

Equipped with a 3-jaw self-centering chuck, this vertical rotary table realizes quick clamping for shaft and disc parts. Silent casters at the bottom enable flexible movement, so the fixture can be easily arranged inside the spraying booth to fit various workshop layouts and production line upgrades. With adjustable speed drive unit, it runs smoothly, and the rotating speed can be precisely set according to spraying parameters, ensuring uniform coating thickness and stable coating quality.

Safety warning label is equipped on the cabinet to remind operators of rotating risk. The rotary table can work with robotic spraying systems or manual spraying operation. It is suitable for adding new stations to existing production lines, as well as process sampling and small-batch production.
