Custom Rotary Turntable & Top Air Suction Hood Successfully Delivered

Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spraying Machinery Co., Ltd. has officially delivered a tailor-made rotary turntable matched with an integrated top air suction hood. After strict factory commissioning and on-site acceptance, the combined tooling has been put into formal thermal spraying service. As non-standard customized equipment, it is designed for open single-operator spraying stations, featuring compact integrated structure with matched upper and lower turntable and air suction hood.

The client mainly processes small and medium disc and shaft parts. Their original manual spraying station had prominent pain points: manual workpiece rotation caused low spraying efficiency and uneven coating thickness. Besides, unextracted metal dust and fumes polluted the workshop and harmed operators’ health. The client required compact footprint, minimalist appearance, top centralized dust extraction and no complicated enclosed baffles for close-range single-person spraying.

The customized tooling fully meets on-site operating demands. The floor-standing rotary turntable adopts a built-in variable-frequency motor and fully sealed dustproof shell to prevent transmission jamming caused by dust intrusion. The matched top straight-tube suction hood uses hollowed surrounding baffles, which gather dust without blocking gun operating space. It can be directly connected to existing workshop negative-pressure dust removal pipelines with no extra fans needed. Made of lightweight anti-rust sheet metal, the hood has smooth inner walls for effortless daily cleaning. Pre-assembled before delivery, the whole set requires no secondary cutting or welding, realizing rapid on-site installation and stable long-term operation with zero dust leakage.

We implemented standardized full-process non-standard customization services, including drawing confirmation, precise sheet metal fabrication, factory pre-commissioning, on-site pipeline docking, trial spraying and operator maintenance training.
