Engine parts

Blade protection: Turbine blades and other components of aero engines work under extreme working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and high-speed air flow scouring. Spraying ceramic coating or metal alloy coating on the surface of the blade through thermal spraying technology can improve the high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and thermal corrosion resistance of the blade, effectively prolong the service life of the blade, and ensure the reliability and stability of the engine in a high-temperature environment.
Combustion chamber coating: The internal temperature of the combustion chamber is extremely high, and the thermal spray ceramic insulation coating can reduce the wall temperature of the combustion chamber, reduce heat loss, improve the combustion efficiency, and enhance the thermal shock resistance of the combustion chamber components, and withstand the high temperature and pressure changes during the combustion process.
Shaft journal repair and strengthening: The shaft journal part of the engine is subjected to large friction and stress during operation. Thermal spray metal or alloy coatings can repair worn journals, restore their dimensional accuracy, improve surface hardness and wear resistance, and enhance the load-bearing capacity and service life of the journals.

Fuselage structural components

Anti-corrosion coating: The external structure of the fuselage is exposed to the atmosphere for a long time and is susceptible to erosion by corrosive media. Thermal spraying of zinc, aluminum and other metal coatings or composite coatings can provide good anti-corrosion protection for the fuselage structure, prevent the metal structure from reducing its strength and reliability due to corrosion, and ensure the safety and service life of the fuselage.
Wear-resistant coating: For components that bear friction and impact such as landing gear, the hardness and wear resistance of the surface of the parts can be improved through thermal spraying wear-resistant coating, reduce wear, ensure the stability and reliability of the landing gear during take-off and landing, and reduce maintenance costs and replacement frequency.
Thermal Insulation Coating: For some parts that need to be insulated, such as the fuselage area near the engine or the avionics compartment, etc., the thermal spray ceramic thermal insulation coating can effectively block heat transfer, protect the internal structure and equipment from high temperatures, and maintain the normal operating temperature range of the equipment.

Aerospace parts manufacturing and repair

Parts manufacturing: Thermal spraying technology can be used to manufacture some complex shapes of aerospace parts, such as the use of thermal spraying rapid manufacturing technology, through the spraying of metal or ceramic materials layer by layer, directly manufacture parts with specific shapes and properties, to achieve near-net shape manufacturing, reduce material waste and processing costs, and improve production efficiency.

Component repair: Thermal spraying is an effective means of repairing aerospace components that are worn, corroded, or damaged during use. By spraying suitable materials, the size and shape of parts can be repaired, their properties can be restored, the service life of parts can be extended, and the maintenance cost and replacement cycle can be reduced, which is of great economic and strategic significance for the repair of some key parts.

Electromagnetic shielding coating: In aerospace electronic equipment, in order to prevent electromagnetic interference and ensure the normal operation of electronic equipment, thermal spraying can prepare coatings with electromagnetic shielding performance, which can be applied to the shell or key parts of electronic equipment to effectively shield electromagnetic signals and improve the reliability and stability of electronic systems.
Anti-slip coating: In the runway, boarding ladder and other parts that need to be anti-slip, thermal spray anti-slip coating can provide good anti-slip performance to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in humid, icy and other harsh environments.
