Recently, the full set of customized LBP-100 thermal spraying equipment manufactured by our company for a Russian client has completed full export wooden case packaging, been loaded onto trucks and officially dispatched to the project site in Russia.
The exported equipment is fully enclosed in standard fumigated solid wooden export crates with reinforced and thickened box structures. Professional steel cable lashings are applied to secure the crates on freight trucks. This packaging solution effectively minimizes transportation risks such as collision, impact and moisture damage during long-distance overland cross-border and ocean shipping. It fully complies with China-Russia cross-border export packaging and quarantine standards to ensure intact delivery of the equipment to overseas clients.
Our foreign trade team provided full-process coordination throughout all procedures, including technical drawing communication, complete machine assembly and commissioning, export wooden crate packing and truck loading. All production, testing and export packaging delivery work was completed on schedule. Boasting stable and reliable spraying performance alongside customized designs tailored to overseas workpiece processing requirements, the LBP-100 equipment has won high recognition from the Russian client.
This shipment of LBP-100 equipment to Russia marks another milestone order delivery in our expansion into Russia’s thermal spraying market. Moving forward, we will keep supplying high-performance complete thermal spraying equipment and one-stop spraying solutions, further deepen our presence in European and Asian overseas markets, and deliver stable, cost-effective thermal spraying machinery plus supporting technical services to clients worldwide.
