Customized Two-Axis Manipulator Successfully Delivered

Recently, the two-axis CNC spraying manipulator customized by our company for a thermal spray processing enterprise was successfully installed, commissioned, and delivered. It has now officially entered into mass production operations for wear-resistant coatings, including chromium carbide.

The two-axis manipulator delivered in this shipment features a high-rigidity cross-slide structure paired with a servo drive system, enabling precise control over the horizontal feed and vertical lift of the spray gun. This effectively ensures the uniformity and consistency of coating thickness, while significantly enhancing both the spraying efficiency and quality stability for shaft-type and flat-panel workpieces.
