The workshop is divided into multiple functional sections such as equipment manufacturing area, spraying processing area, machining area and quality inspection area, and each area works closely and does not interfere with each other to ensure that the production process is completed in one go. Raw materials enter in an orderly manner from the entrance, along the established route, in each area in turn, and finally from the exit to the market with high-quality thermal spraying equipment or processed finished products. In the equipment manufacturing area, all kinds of precision machine tools and welding equipment are neatly arranged, and workers skillfully operate the instruments to accurately process pieces of metal plates and pipe fittings into parts of thermal spraying equipment. Here, state-of-the-art CNC machining centers enable the efficient manufacture of complex-shaped parts with minimal tolerances, laying a solid foundation for subsequent equipment assembly. One of the centerpieces of the workshop is the painting area, which is immediately behind. A number of large-scale spraying booths are scattered, equipped with world-leading plasma spraying systems, supersonic spraying systems and arc spraying systems. Professional ventilation and dust removal facilities are used inside the spraying room, which can not only ensure the safety and comfort of the working environment, but also ensure that the coating quality is not interfered with by external impurities. Each spraying booth is equipped with a strict temperature and humidity control system to adapt to the strict requirements of different coating materials for the spraying environment. The machining area is equipped with a full range of lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and grinding machines to provide a strong guarantee for the subsequent finishing of the products. Whether it's precision machining of equipment components or customer-specific machining operations, the skilled workers here are able to meet a variety of complex machining needs with their skills and experience. The quality inspection area is like the "gatekeeper" of the workshop, equipped with advanced coating performance testing equipment, such as hardness tester, porosity analyzer, coating adhesion tester, etc. From the incoming inspection of raw materials, to the intermediate sampling inspection of each production process, to the comprehensive inspection of finished products before leaving the factory, every link strictly follows international standards and the company's internal high-standard quality control system to ensure that the products delivered to customers are foolproof.
